Corkers Restaurant & Cafe Bar with Guest Rooms is an outstanding and first class venue, prominently situated in Pooles’ “Old Town” at the junction of the High Street with the quay – literally a stones throw from the bustling Quayside!

Probably the longest established hostlery in Poole,part of the site was purchased by Louis Constandinos in 1944 at which time it was a sweet shop/tobacconist/cafe on a very commercial, working Quay.

Much has happened to both Poole Quay and to the old “Olympia Café” as it was then known.

Corkers was created in 1979/80 into a 2 tier Dining venue. Informal Wine Bar Cafe Bar on the ground floor and Fine Dining Restaurant on the 1st floor.

Under the supervision of Proprietors Carolyn & Nick Constandinos and their team, the emphasis has always been on excellent food in friendly, interesting & comfortable surroundings. We offer a wide selection of menus that change seasonally.
